If the event allows name changes, you can update the attendee name through your Ticket Fairy account. Some events lock name changes close to the event date, so make changes as early as possible. Contact the event organizer if you need help.

Event organizers handle on-site support, but our team is also available remotely during events to help with ticket and account issues. If you have problems at the door, ask event staff to verify your ticket by name or email.
