# How we compare platforms

Ticket Fairy publishes these comparisons and also sells event ticketing and event management software. So every fact we state about another company comes from that company's own published material, with the source, the exact words and the date we read them beside it.

- **147** platforms checked on their own pages
- **1459** facts quoted word for word
- **92** days at most before a fee is read again

## Where do the facts about other platforms come from?

Every fact about another platform comes from that platform's own website, pricing page, help center, documentation, terms, blog, press releases or app store listing. Review sites, forums and news articles are never the source of a fact in a table.

Each fact on a comparison page has a small number beside it. The number takes you to the source at the foot of the page: the page the fact came from, the words we relied on and the date we read them. We keep a copy of each source page as it was on that date, and ask the Internet Archive to keep one too.

## What does "not found in their public documentation" mean?

It means we searched the platform's public website and help pages on the date given in the source and did not find the capability. It is a statement about what we found, not about what the platform can do. We write "not offered" only when the platform's own material says so.

## How are fees compared?

We quote fees exactly as each platform publishes them, with the currency, the unit, the plan and the date. When a platform asks you for a quote instead of publishing a price, the page says that the platform quotes on request, and we leave it out of the worked example rather than guess.

Ticket Fairy's figures use the standard booking fee your buyers pay on every plan, and show separately how much of your plan those fees cover.

## How often are the comparisons checked?

A person reads each platform's pricing and features again every three months for ticketing and accounts, cards and payouts, and every six months for the other categories, and at once when a platform announces a pricing change. Each page shows the date it was last checked and a line saying what changed.

When nobody has checked a fact for twice that long, we take it off the table until somebody reads the source again.

## Which companies are not compared?

We do not compare Ticket Fairy with companies we work with, such as the email, CRM, cashless, payment and seat map services you can connect to your account, and we do not list them as alternatives on anyone else's page.

## Do you use other companies' logos or screenshots?

No. Other platforms appear by name only. Their names are trademarks of their owners, and Ticket Fairy is not affiliated with them. The pictures on these pages are of Ticket Fairy.

## How do I ask for a fact to be corrected?

Any company can ask through the correction form on this page, naming the page, the fact and where its own published material says something different. We mark the fact as under review within one working day and answer within ten working days. If you are right, we correct the page and the change shows in its update line.

### How does a fact get from another company's page onto ours?

1. **Read** A person reads ABOSS's own page at help.a-boss.net.
2. **Stored** We keep a dated copy of the page, and a public archived copy anyone can open.
3. **Checked** "Contract templates are created and edited with the WYSIWYG editor. For advanced customization, templates can also be ed…" The exact words are quoted, and the day they were read is recorded: 17 October 2026.
4. **Checked again** The page is read again within 184 days, or the fact comes off the table.

Every fact about another company follows these four steps before you read it here.

## Is one of our facts about your company wrong?

**You choose the tools to start with** You can start with event management or marketing alongside your current ticketing provider. If you decide to move ticketing, your account manager helps with setup, customer-data imports and training.
