## The short answer

Which should you choose?

### DesignMyNight suits you if you need

- Events on Tonic Ticketing are listed automatically on designmynight.com, which has up to 3.9 million users a month.[1](#source-1)
- Tonic ticket sales can go straight into Access Collins, DesignMyNight's booking system, so a venue manages event and table bookings in one place.[2](#source-2)

### Skiddle suits you if you need

- Re:Sell lets buyers resell tickets through Skiddle at face value only, at no cost to the promoter.[3](#source-3)
- With DirectPay, ticket funds go straight to the organizer's own Stripe account as sales happen.[4](#source-4)

Choose DesignMyNight if you run a bar, club or restaurant and want your events in its editorial guides and your tickets alongside your table bookings in Access Collins. Choose Skiddle if you run club nights and gigs and want face-value resale, monthly payment plans and ticket money paid into your own Stripe account as you sell.

## Why event teams choose Ticket Fairy

Why do UK promoters and venues choose Ticket Fairy over both DesignMyNight and Skiddle?

Fai can answer questions about your event and make changes once you approve, and you can see who approved each of her suggestions and undo what she did. On a paid plan you can also add your own ticketing fee on top of Ticket Fairy's and keep your own fee.

### Only on Ticket Fairy

- **Sells through AI assistants** Your buyers can find and buy your tickets inside the AI assistants you choose [5](#source-5)

- Fai can answer questions and make changes once you approve.[6](#source-6)
- You can see who approved or turned down each of Fai's suggestions and what she did on her own, with undo.[7](#source-7)
- You can ask Fai about your event by typing or out loud, and she can chart the answer or make the change once you approve it.[8](#source-8)
- Every plan has one standard ticketing fee, and you choose whether buyers pay it on top of your price or you absorb it. On a paid plan you can add your own ticketing fee on top of Ticket Fairy's, a percentage and a fixed amount in each currency, and you keep your own fee. Ticket Fairy's ticketing fee stays Ticket Fairy's and, after payment processing, counts towards your plan bill. Where fees show on top of the price, the whole ticketing fee is capped at twice the standard fee. In the United States, the United Kingdom, Spain, Ireland and Mexico, where the law asks for one all-in price, the fees are included in your ticket price.[9](#source-9)
