- Book the talent before the on-sale
- Your track record on any platform counts
- Repayments that follow your ticket sales

## Pay artist, venue and production deposits up front

Artist and venue deposits are due months before your ticket money arrives. The headliner's agent wants a deposit now, and the venue wants one to hold your date. Production companies will not hold kit without a commitment. With Ticket Fairy Capital, you book the talent and pay those costs before your ticket revenue starts to arrive. Use it for artist deposits, booking fees and venue deposits. It also covers stages, sound and lighting, and the marketing that starts your on-sale early.

- **Artist deposits**: secure the acts that sell your event
- **Venue deposits**: hold the date and the room you want
- **Marketing budget**: promote your event before sales peak

## Apply with your sales history from any ticketing platform

Your track record counts wherever you sold your tickets. Bring your ticket sales history from Ticket Fairy or another platform. A funding partner looks at that history, your event track record and your projected sales. You do not need to sell tickets with Ticket Fairy to apply. You can apply for funding and move your ticketing at the same time.

- **Sales history from any platform**: your past on-sales count, wherever they ran
- **Funding partner review**: the partner decides on your application and sets the terms

## Repay from your ticket sales as they come in

Your repayments follow your ticket sales under the terms you agree with the funding partner, with no fixed monthly payments. In Vault, each event's money shows the Capital repaid beside refunds and fees. The estimate of what reaches you already takes it into account.

- **Repay from sales**: repayments come out of ticket revenue as it arrives
- **Capital repaid**: shown in what came off each event's money

## Plan your next season around payouts and what you owe

Know what is coming to you and what you still owe. The Events list in Vault shows any Capital still to repay beside each event's payout. Each event's money shows when its payout is expected. Filter the list to the events with a payout due or on hold, and plan your next season with the true figures.

## Questions About Capital

### Capital

#### Who can apply for Ticket Fairy Capital?

If your event business is eligible, you can apply for up to $3M in the United States. You can apply for up to €3M in Europe and up to £5M in the United Kingdom. A funding partner reviews your ticket sales history, event track record and projected sales. The partner decides whether to approve your application and sets the terms.

#### Is Ticket Fairy a bank?

No. The Ticket Fairy, Inc. is a technology platform and is not a bank. Vault banking services are provided through regulated banking partners. Ticket Fairy Capital financing is provided by third-party private credit partners, who make every funding decision.

#### How quickly can I get the money?

Apply online and a funding partner reviews your application. You receive a decision within a few business days. If you are approved, funds typically arrive within one to two weeks after approval.

#### Do I need to sell tickets with Ticket Fairy to apply?

No. Funding partners consider your sales history from any ticketing platform. You can apply for funding and switch your ticketing to Ticket Fairy at the same time.

#### How do repayments work?

If you are approved, repayments follow your eligible ticket sales under the terms you agree with the funding partner. There are no fixed monthly payments.

#### Where do I see what is left to repay?

The Events page under Vault shows any Capital to repay beside each event, and each event's money shows Capital repaid. Your Vault balance does not take off Capital still to repay, so subtract it yourself before you commit to a payment.

#### Who can use the line of credit?

You need an owner or admin login on a brand with a United States legal entity. To apply, open the brand's menu and select Edit, then Line of Credit. After approval you see your credit limit and available balance there. Your repayments show with your settlement history.

#### Which ticket revenue counts towards repayments?

The ticket revenue your agreement names, in the agreement's currency. That is the ticket payments your events take through Vault, or settled deposits into the Vault account that receives your ticket revenue. Deposits into your other Vault accounts are not used.

#### Does a refund reverse a Capital repayment?

No. A repayment that has gone through is final and counts towards the agreed total. Refunds and cancellations come out of your remaining event revenue and future ticket sales.

#### Can Capital help my festival's cash flow?

Yes. Capital pays artist, venue and production deposits before your on-sale, and you repay it from ticket sales as they come in. Your cash flow stays steadier in the months before the money arrives.
