Open a ticket type on your event, and use the time-slot controls on the form to lay out your dates and entry times. #### How long do new slots take to appear? Ticket Fairy creates the slots in the background, and they appear on your Tickets page within a minute or two. A season with hundreds of slots takes a little longer. #### Can I leave a gap between slots for cleaning or a reset? Not within a single run, which places slots end to end. Generate the morning and the afternoon as two runs, or deactivate the slot you need clear. #### Can I delete a date or a slot? Yes. Delete a slot, a date or a whole group, as long as none of its slots has sold. Once sales have started, deactivating is the safe choice. #### Can buyers resell a time-slot ticket? No. Resale is not offered on time-slot events. You can move a buyer to another slot from their order, and you can let buyers move their own ticket to another slot. #### Who sets up a seat map? Your Ticket Fairy contact builds the seat map with you from your venue's layout. A comedy club or a room with unreserved seating can sell by area or by table with no map. #### Does a seated ticket from a template give buyers a numbered seat?
