Sell to Walk-Ups and Hand Over Will-Call Without a Queue
Your box office sells walk-up tickets from the Entry Fairy app on a phone, for cash or with a tap of the buyer's card, phone or watch on the back of your team's phone, so there is no card reader to hire. A buyer collecting tickets gives their name, email address or order number, and your team finds the order and hands the tickets over.
Every walk-up sale is an order on your event, and its ticket scans at the door the moment it is bought. Box Office Sales on your event's Performance page shows every sale by date or by seller, with cash and card apart, so you can settle up with each seller at the end of the night. Put a quick-buy QR code at the entrance as well, and walk-ups who would rather pay on their own phone buy there while your team keeps scanning.
A ticket handed over at will-call goes through the same check-in as your door, so it is admitted once, with the time and the name of whoever scanned it. When a guest is told they are already inside, your door manager searches Individual Tickets and sees exactly when the ticket went in and who admitted it.
