How Ticket Fairy helps
Why Festival Cash Flow Is Hard
A festival spends most of its money before it earns most of its revenue. Headline artists often want a deposit when you confirm the booking. The venue or landowner wants a deposit to hold the dates. Production, staging, fencing and marketing all need paying months before the gates open.
Ticket Fairy helps you on three sides of that gap. Daily payouts bring ticket revenue to your bank while you sell. Ticket Fairy Capital connects organisers with funding partners for deposits and production costs, repaid from future ticket sales. Vault gives your finance team accounts, team cards and a statement for each event.

-
3

Follow payouts, statements, card spending and supplier payments for each event in Vault.
A Breakdown of Festival Cash Flow, Month by Month
More about this solution
Festival Cash Flow, Stage by Stage
Booking stage. You confirm artists, the site and key suppliers. Deposits leave your account and no tickets have sold yet. This is the deepest point of the gap.
On-sale stage. Presales and early bird tiers bring the first ticket revenue. With daily payouts, that money reaches your bank as you sell. Payment plans spread larger passes across several months.
Final weeks. Balances for artists, production and staff fall due as late sales arrive. Keep money aside for refunds you may need to give.
After the event. You pay the last suppliers, check each event statement and settle the books.
How to Fund Festival Deposits Before Tickets Sell
Banks often see seasonal revenue and no physical assets. Ticket Fairy Capital connects eligible event businesses with funding partners who look at your ticket sales history on any platform, your event track record and your projected sales. Apply online and get a decision within a few business days. Funds typically arrive 1-2 weeks after approval.
Repayments follow your ticket sales under the terms you agree with the funding partner, with no fixed monthly payments. Read more on the event funding page.
How to See Where Festival Money Goes
Vault lists each event with who collects its ticket money, the payout state and the expected payout window. Each event has a statement for each currency with its sales, refunds, fees and the amount you can expect. Each event also has a list of the artists and suppliers it must pay.
Issue team cards with limits for your production crew and link each card to the event. Pay up to 100 saved recipients in one batch. See the event banking page for accounts, cards and transfers.
Important information
Ticket Fairy is a financial technology company, not a bank or a lender. Vault banking services are provided through regulated banking partners, and Capital funding through third-party funding partners who make every funding decision. Availability varies by country.

When does ticket revenue reach my bank account?

How do I repay Capital funding?
If approved, repayments come out of your ticket sales as they happen, under the terms you agree with the funding partner. There are no fixed monthly payments.
Do payment plans slow down my cash flow?
Buyers pay the first instalment at checkout and the rest on a schedule. With daily payouts, each instalment reaches your bank as it is paid. With Ticket Fairy payment processing, you are paid after your event. Plans often help buyers commit to a larger pass earlier.
