## Sell day, weekend and camping tickets for your music festival

Fans choose their day or weekend, add camping and parking, and pay once. Your festival ticketing starts from the multi-day festival template.

It asks for your ticket price, your capacity and your extras, then prepares day and weekend tickets priced around your answers. Each day and the weekend get a category of their own, with every price release inside. Fans choose the day first and the price second. They add camping pitches, car park spaces and shuttle seats in the same checkout, offered only with the tickets they belong to. A fan who cannot afford a weekend ticket today pays a deposit and the rest in installments from the same card.

Each release opens when the previous release sells out or on its own date, whichever comes first. When a tier sells out at midday, the next price opens straight away. Your event page is never empty while you wait for a release date. Each day ticket can have its own doors-open and last-entry times, so a Saturday ticket does not get in on Sunday. A weekend ticket gets in once each day. A campsite with several pitch sizes sells as one add-on with a choice of size, and you can keep campervan permits out of resale if you want.

A [payment plan](https://www.ticketfairy.com/event-ticketing/event-payment-plans) lets fans buy a weekend ticket now instead of waiting for payday, and you receive the full price later. You choose the deposit, how many payments follow and when the final payment is due. If a fan stops paying, the order is canceled after the grace period you choose and the tickets go back on sale. An unpaid plan never holds tickets another fan would buy.

You can sell every ticket type your festival needs: general admission, VIP access, day and weekend tickets, and timed entry sessions for a food or arts festival. A seated arena concert gets [reserved seating](https://www.ticketfairy.com/features/seating-and-timed-entry/reserved-seating). Attendees pay by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal, and each attendee gets their ticket by email as a QR code on their phone. Festivals of every size sell this way, and our team can put the event ticketing platform under your festival's own name.

With Ticket Fairy as your [festival ticketing software](https://www.ticketfairy.com/solutions/festivals), each ticket type has its own capacity, so you never sell more general admission, VIP or camping places than your field, VIP area and campsite hold. VIP access can be a ticket of its own, or an upgrade add-on that lets general admission fans into your VIP area. For a seated show, fans pick a numbered seat from your seating plan.

Upsells at checkout raise the value of each order. You can sell merchandise, meals, shuttle seats and a drinks package for VIP ticket holders as add-ons, each with its own price and stock. A fixed bundle, such as a pair of weekend tickets bought together, or a VIP package that lists what it includes, sells as one item.

With our festival ticketing software, fans get their QR code tickets by email as soon as they pay, ready to show on their phone at the entrance. If a fan loses them or needs a change, your box office finds their festival tickets by the fan's name or email address, then sends the tickets again, changes the ticket type or corrects the name on a ticket.

- **Day and weekend categories**: the next release opens as the previous release sells out

## Let your fans sell for you and keep touts away

You can sell 20% more festival tickets by giving every ticket buyer a reason to bring their friends.

Each fan gets a personal referral link and earns back part or all of their ticket price as friends buy through it. Registrations open from the day you announce, and registered fans get a presale before the public on-sale. Your event page can go public on the minute you promised. You can limit tickets per order and per customer, and put a name on every ticket. Resale stays on your own event page at face value, where the next fan on your waiting list gets the first chance to buy.

Fans earn back a bigger share of their ticket price as they bring more friends, at the reward targets you set. Prizes such as a VIP upgrade or merchandise give your biggest fans something to aim for. The Influencers report shows the rewards you owe beside the sales they brought in, so you can compare each referral with your paid ads. You connect Meta and the other networks you advertise on to your brand just once. Each post, partner and poster can have its own tracking link, so you see the tickets each brought in.

When a fan resells, the new holder gets a ticket in their own name and the old code no longer gets in. When you turn on ID as well as names, the email your attendees receive asks them to bring photo ID. Your door staff check the name against the person. You choose how strict your festival ticketing should be. A boutique festival may want names only, while a sell-out weekend with a touting problem turns on names, ID, purchase limits and resale together.

You can promote your festival with the same festival ticketing software you sell your tickets with. Partners and influencers get promo codes, and you see the tickets each code sold. Before the on-sale, you can send last year's attendees an email or SMS campaign in your festival's look. With Klaviyo or Mailchimp connected, buyers who agree at checkout join your list.

You can run promotions without cutting your headline price. A promo code can take a percentage or an amount off, or charge a fixed price. Each of your promo codes can have a usage limit and a start and end time. Fai can create promotions with their codes, discount and dates for you to approve. Groups who buy together get their discount at checkout with no code at all.

Every fan who buys a ticket joins your customer list, with the events they came to and what they paid. You can send email marketing to the fans who came last year, and text ticket holders by SMS when an entrance or door time changes on the day.

Social and Ads are available only to Ticket Fairy staff while network API approvals are pending.

We watch each release on our ticketing platform for fraud while it is on sale. To keep fraudulent orders off your busiest on-sales, you can ask fans to prove who they are with an ID photo and a selfie before they pay.

- **Referral rewards**: fans earn back their ticket price as friends buy
- **Presale for registered fans**: first access before the public on-sale
- **Purchase limits and names**: per order, per customer and on each ticket
- **Face-value resale and waiting list**: returned tickets go to the next fan in the queue
- **Email and SMS campaigns**: to past attendees, in your festival's look
- **Promo codes and group discounts**: a better price for partners, fan clubs and friends

## See each morning whether you are ahead of last year

As festival director, you see the countdown to opening day and the decisions waiting for you on your Today page.

You also see what each department changed since you last looked. Compared with last time shows you this year's festival ticket sales beside your last edition at the same number of days out, so you know at a glance whether you are ahead. You can ask Fai which ticket type sold the fewest tickets this week, or how this weekend compared with the last. Fai answers in plain words or as a chart.

You sell tickets and plan the festival on the same event, so you and your heads of department work from the same figures. You can invite your security lead, box office manager or stage manager by their role name. Each person starts with the menu, permissions, Today page and help from Fai that their role needs. Each stage, act and sponsor has an owner. With approval rules, accreditation requests, equipment orders and deliveries go to the people who sign them off. A press pass goes to your press office and then security without passing through your inbox.

After your festival ends, you can send a feedback survey to everyone who checked in and see your Net Promoter Score beside last year's. Fai groups what people loved and what to improve, and you add the top improvements as tasks on next year's event. Your stages, crews, shifts, accreditation types, site plan, hotel blocks, planned costs and forms copy into the new edition with the dates moved. You then see what each ticket type sold last year, and can offer last year's attendees their tickets before the public on-sale.

Ticket sales and revenue update in real time while your festival is on sale. You see them by ticket type, promo code and promoter, and can share live sales with a co-promoter or sponsor without adding them to your event. Your sales export to a spreadsheet with a row for each order or ticket, or reach your own reporting tools through a webhook.

Audience insights show the age bands, devices and home cities of your festival goers. They also show which fans come back every year. That audience behavior can shape your advertising plan, and your regulars can get the first invitation.

Reports show your ticket sales by day and ticket type, with box office cash shown separately from online sales. Your cost per head uses the number of people your door team scanned in, because your scans and your budget are on the same event ticketing platform.

- **Today page**: your decisions and each department's latest changes
- **Compared with last time**: sales against your last edition at the same point
- **Approval rules**: accreditation, equipment and deliveries go to the right person
- **Feedback survey**: what fans loved, beside last year's score
- **Live sales and exports**: by ticket type, promo code and promoter
- **Audience insights**: ages, devices, cities and returning fans

## Know what each act costs and pay everyone you owe

You see what each act really costs before the deposits go out. Each act's page adds up the fee, agency fee, travel, hotel, per diems, backline and share of hire, with a total for each currency.

Those figures go into a budget every department shares, planned and actual for each section. Approved purchase orders and ordered hire show as committed before the invoice arrives. Headliners want deposits months before your festival ticket money arrives. You can apply for Ticket Fairy Capital, an advance against future ticket sales that you repay from those sales. With Vault, your ticket money is in your balance as fans pay, so you pay artists, suppliers and crew without waiting for your payout.

Fai drafts each settlement and works out the final fee on a percentage deal. You and the tour manager start from the same numbers. Approved crew hours go into your costs at each shift's hourly rate. The Spend tab for your brand shows what each event cost, by section and supplier. It also shows the cost for each person scanned in. You can compare this year with last year and with your other events.

Your heads of department can carry Vault cards with the limits you choose, and you can invoice your sponsors from Vault too. With payment approvals on, a second owner sends every payment, so no single login can empty the festival's account. The Vault Events page shows where each event's ticket money goes, its payout and any Capital still to repay.

With Ticket Fairy as your festival ticketing software, fans pay by credit card, debit card, PayPal or a digital wallet such as Apple Pay or Google Pay. Pay-later options are available where your payment provider supports them.

You pay no setup fee and no required monthly fee to sell your festival tickets on Ticket Fairy's event ticketing platform. Each paid ticket carries a ticketing fee that includes payment processing, and you decide whether fans pay it at checkout or you include it in a single all-in price. You can get paid daily as fans pay, or after the event if you prefer.

- **All-in cost per act**: fee, travel, hotel, per diems, backline and hire
- **Costs for every department**: planned, committed and actual for each section
- **Ticket Fairy Capital**: an advance on future ticket sales for your deposits
- **Vault and payment approvals**: artists, suppliers and crew paid, with a second person approving
- **Cards, PayPal and wallets**: Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout, cash at the box office

## Advance every act and run every stage on time

Each act's agent or tour manager gets an advance request for travel, hotel, technical and guest list details.

Fai fills in answers from their emails and tour books, and you accept them. Before show day, you see when the same act is booked in two places at once, a flight lands after soundcheck or a performance runs past curfew, each with a fix you apply in a single tap. You can announce your line-up in waves, then follow each stage from Now and next on the day. Every department has its own day sheet.

Emerging acts apply on your own page, and Fai and your reviewers score each one. When you accept an applicant, the act joins Artists with a draft offer and an advance. Fans see a change to the bill on your public line-up only after you review and publish it. When a performance time moves, you email your ticket holders with the change already filled in.

Anyone on your crew can report an incident from their phone, marked sensitive when it should be. Your control room runs the site from a single live log. Each entry has a department, a zone and a pin on the site plan. Fai drafts a risk register for an outdoor festival with a score and a reason for each risk. You choose the owner and the review date.

Your festival website lives where you sell your tickets. You can start from more than 30 designs, with looks made for festivals, and change the colors, fonts and buttons to match your branding.

When you add your flyer, your event pages get a background made from it. Each page goes public at the date and time you choose. Each page's FAQs answer fans' questions, a campaign or sponsor can have a landing page of its own, and you can test two versions of your event page to see which brings more ticket sales.

- **Advance links**: the act's crew enter their own details, with no sign-up
- **Running-order checks**: clashes, changeovers and curfew caught early
- **Now and next**: how late each stage is running, live
- **Incidents and risks**: each issue reported, assigned and closed
- **Festival website**: acts, news and FAQs, translated by Fai for fans abroad

## Get crew, volunteers, traders and campers ready before gates open

Run your festival like a company many times your size. You plan shifts by department and hour, and Fai lists who fits each open place from the crew and volunteers who staff your events.

Each accreditation pass carries its zones, days and meals, and your desk team hands each one out. Traders apply on your own page, pay their invoice and book a load-in time. You drag each trader onto a pitch on your site map. Every camping and campervan plot sits on your site plan, and your campsite crew checks campers in from a desk link.

Volunteers apply on your own page, and Fai goes through each application and says where the person fits best. Each volunteer gets a personal page with their shifts, open shifts to pick up, the day sheet and their induction. Their logged hours come to you for approval. Rota rules control the shortest rest and the most hours in a day and a week. A clash warning shows on your rota before anyone is booked twice.

At the public entrances, your door staff scan the QR codes on attendees' phones with their own phones. As each ticket scans, the app shows which wristband to hand over, including the campsite band for everyone who bought camping. At staff entrances, your crew sees whether an accreditation opens that zone on that day. Anyone in the wrong area is turned away with the reason, and On site now shows who is inside as people go in and out.

Your box office sells walk-up tickets in the Entry Fairy app, on the same festival ticketing platform as your event page. Door staff take cash, or a tap of a card, phone or watch on a compatible Android phone, with no card reader to hire.

You plan crew rotas, volunteer shifts and trader pitches with festival management software on the same event as your tickets. Food and beverage traders apply from their phone on your application page, which shows your pitch fees.

- **Shifts and offers**: the first person to accept gets the place
- **Accreditation**: zones, days and meals on each pass
- **Traders and pitches**: applications, invoices and a place on your site plan
- **Wristbands by ticket type**: the right band shown as each ticket scans
- **Box office sales**: cash or a card tap on a staff phone

## How festivals use Ticket Fairy

- ### A greenfield weekend with camping

A weekend festival sells day and weekend tickets, camping and car park spaces in one order, with a payment plan on the weekend ticket.

At the gate, door staff see the campsite band as each camping ticket scans, and the campsite desk checks campers in from a phone.
- ### A one-day city festival

A city festival opens early bird, first release and final release in turn, and the next price opens straight away when a release sells out early.

The festival makes most of its ticket sales through fan referrals, promo codes for partners and a presale for registered fans, before the first paid ad goes out.
- ### A festival director leading every department

Each morning, a festival director checks sales against last year on the Today page, while the security, box office and production leads start from dashboards made for their roles.

Press accreditation requests pass from the press office to security, and the director sees only the decisions that need them.
- ### A festival paying headliner deposits early

A festival with three good years behind it funds its headliner deposits with Ticket Fairy Capital before the on-sale.

As fans pay, the festival receives the ticket money in Vault, repays the advance from those sales and pays artists and suppliers, with a second owner approving each payment.
- ### A returning festival planning next year

After the festival, it sends its feedback survey, adds the top improvements as tasks on next year's event and copies its shifts, accreditation types and site plan across with the new dates.

Last year's attendees get their tickets before the public on-sale.
- ### A sell-out festival keeping touts out

A sell-out festival puts names and ID on every ticket, limits tickets per customer and keeps resale on its own event page at face value.

Returned tickets go to fans on the waiting list, and the old codes no longer scan at the entrance.
- ### A promoter with concerts and a festival

A promoter uses the same event ticketing software for its summer festival and its winter concerts. Each concert keeps its own tickets and reports, and the customer list shows which concert-goers also bought festival tickets.
- ### A food and arts festival with timed entry

A food and arts festival sells timed entry sessions on the same event ticketing platform as its weekend tickets.

Each session has its own capacity, and the box office sells walk-up tickets on the day.
- ### A promoter running two festivals

A promoter with a spring festival and a summer festival sells both with festival ticketing software that carries its own branding.

Fans who came to the spring edition hear about the summer acts first, through an email campaign and an SMS.
- ### A first-year festival

A first-year festival puts its first tickets on sale from the multi-day festival template, with no setup fee.

As it grows, it turns on referral rewards, payment plans and the planning sections without changing ticketing platform.
- ### An established festival switching between editions

Between two editions, an established festival leaves its old music festival ticketing software for Ticket Fairy. Our team sets up its tickets and moves its past events across, and last year's attendees get first access to the new on-sale.

## Festivals: your questions about Ticket Fairy

### Festivals

#### Can I sell day tickets and weekend tickets on the same event?

Yes. You can run the festival as a single event with a ticket category for each day and another for the full weekend. Each day ticket can have its own doors-open and last-entry times, and a weekend ticket can let its holder in once a day.

#### When can fans pay for a festival pass in installments?

Fans can buy a festival pass on a flexible payment plan when they pay by card in a currency that supports plans. You choose the deposit, the number of payments and when the final payment is due. If a fan stops paying, the order is canceled after the grace period you choose and its tickets go back on sale.

#### Will referrals always add 20% to my sales?

No. Referrals bring up to 20% more tickets, and events with passionate audiences often exceed that. Your result depends on your event, your audience and the rewards you set.

#### What does a fan pay to resell a ticket at face value?

Outside India, each resale carries a 10% resale fee. The seller gets the ticket price back in full, and the fee is charged separately to their original card. Your event page can tell sellers about it.

#### Which past festival are my ticket sales compared with?

Ticket Fairy suggests your last edition: the same name without the year, about a year earlier, at the same venue. With an owner, admin or producer login, you can choose another of your brand's events or turn the comparison off. Another brand's figures are never used.

#### Can every head of department see the festival's finances?

No. Only people whose role can see your event's finances see Budget and Contracts. Door staff get the scanning app and nothing in your dashboard.

#### Who can apply for Ticket Fairy Capital?

If your event business is eligible, you can apply for up to $3M in the United States or €3M in Europe. In the United Kingdom, you can apply for up to £5M. A funding partner reviews your ticket sales history, event track record and projected sales. The partner decides whether to approve your application and sets the terms.

#### Is Ticket Fairy a bank?

No. The Ticket Fairy, Inc. is a fintech company, not a bank. Vault banking services are provided through regulated banking partners. Ticket Fairy Capital financing is provided by third-party private credit partners, who make every funding decision.

#### Does the ticket scanning app work without a signal?

The Entry Fairy app needs an internet connection to scan tickets, so check the connection at each entrance before you open. The accreditation desk and the crew meal desk keep going without a connection and catch up when it is back.

#### Does Fai change anything or send money without asking?

No. Fai drafts tasks, emails, advances, settlements and payment batches, and someone on your team approves, changes or turns down each draft. A person sends every payment after confirming their identity.

#### Which festivals use Ticket Fairy?

Independent festivals, music and food festivals, and seasonal or annual festivals of every size sell their tickets with Ticket Fairy. Festival organizers and event planners often switch when they outgrow their old festival ticketing software, and our team moves their events across.

#### Will checkout hold up when my festival goes on sale?

Yes. When arrivals climb on a high-demand music festival on-sale, a waiting room in front of checkout shows each buyer their place in the queue and lets them in turn, so checkout stays reliable. The same waiting room protects high-volume presales for your festival. Fans can buy music festival tickets on any phone, because the checkout is mobile-friendly. At the festival, door staff check fans in on site with the scanning app.

#### Can a multi-day music festival sell camping and payment plans?

Yes. Booking a festival is a single checkout, with day tickets, weekend passes and camping in the same order. Fans can spread the cost of festival passes with flexible payment plans, where your payment processing account supports them.

#### How can I see how my festival is selling against last year?

The analytics and reporting in your music festival ticketing software show revenue, sales by day and how you compare with last year as sales come in. You can share live sales with a co-promoter or sponsor through a link, without adding them to your event. You can export the orders behind any figure to a spreadsheet.

#### Can I plan my acts, crew and budget where I sell my festival tickets?

Yes. For music festival planning, you book acts, build the line-up, schedule each act's performance time and advance each act on the same event as your festival tickets. You plan your costs, crew, accreditation and traders on that event too, so every department works from the same figures.

#### How do day tickets, weekend tickets and camping fit together?

Fans buy day tickets, weekend tickets, camping and car park spaces in a single checkout and place a single order. A weekend ticket gets in once each day, and your door staff see the campsite band as each camping ticket scans.

#### Can a small festival use Ticket Fairy?

Yes. Small, local and first-year festivals get the same festival ticketing software as sell-out weekends. You start from the multi-day festival template and publish your event page. Referral rewards, payment plans and the planning sections are there to turn on when you need them.

#### What can I sell besides weekend and day tickets?

Camping, parking, shuttles, meals, VIP upgrades and merchandise sell as add-ons in the same checkout. Traders apply on your own page and pay their invoice, and you issue trader, crew and press accreditation with their zones and days.

#### Can my box office and gates work from the same tickets?

Yes. Your box office sells from the same tickets as your event page, so you manage a single list of tickets and nothing sells twice. At the entrance, your door staff scan tickets on their own phones and see which wristband to hand over.

#### What does festival ticketing cost with Ticket Fairy?

You can start free on the festival ticketing software, with unlimited events. Each paid ticket carries a ticketing fee that depends on the ticket price and your country, and free tickets carry none. You choose whether attendees pay the fee on top of the ticket price or you absorb it. The pricing page shows the rate for your country.

#### Which ticket types can I sell for my festival?

With our festival ticketing software you can sell general admission, VIP, day and weekend tickets, camping and car park spaces, timed entry sessions and reserved seating. Each has its own price, capacity and release dates, and promo codes and group discounts apply to any of them.

#### How do festival-goers get their tickets and get in?

Each attendee gets their tickets as QR codes by email and in their account. Your door staff scan them with the free Entry Fairy app on their own phones and see which wristband to hand over. A scan at any entrance shows on the phones at every other entrance.

#### Can I sell festival tickets on my own website?

Yes. You can build your festival website in your logo, colors and fonts with the website builder that comes with your ticketing software, or embed the checkout in the website you already have. With the embedded checkout, your event ticketing stays on your own website: fans choose, pay and get their tickets without leaving it.

#### Can I connect my mailing list and my ad accounts?

With Klaviyo or Mailchimp connected, buyers who agree at checkout join your list. You add your Meta, TikTok and Google ad tracking once for your brand, and can send your sales data to Zapier or your own system with a webhook.

#### How do I stop ticket fraud at my festival?

You can limit tickets per order and per customer, and put a name on every ticket. On your busiest on-sales, you can ask buyers to prove who they are with an ID photo and a selfie. We watch each release for fraud while it is on sale, and when a fan resells, the new holder gets a new code and the old code no longer scans.

#### What help do I get when I switch festival ticketing software?

Book a demo, and our team sets up your festival tickets with you and moves your events across from your old event ticketing platform.

#### Can I sell concerts and other events from the same account?

Yes. Ticket Fairy is event ticketing software for concerts, club nights, conferences, fairs and sports events as well as festivals. Each event keeps its own ticket types and reports under your brand.

#### How do I sell VIP packages and send guest list tickets?

Each VIP package can sell as its own ticket type that lists what it includes, such as a welcome drink or a meet-and-greet, so your hosts see it beside each guest. You can assign a host to each VIP guest or table, and the host gets an alert when that guest's ticket scans at the entrance. Complimentary tickets go to your guest list from a ticket type of their own, individually or from a CSV file, so comps never eat into a paid release and add nothing to your takings.

#### Can I use RFID wristbands and cashless payments at my festival?

Yes. Through an established cashless partner, each RFID wristband at your music festival is linked to its ticket, and fans pay at your bars and traders with the band that got them in. Fans add credit when they buy their ticket and later on your event page, and get their unused credit back after the event. Each tap counts towards the bar or trader that took it, so your settlement shows what attendees spent at each one.

#### Can I run several stages and entrances on the same festival tickets?

Yes. Before show day, you see when the same act is booked in two places at once or a performance runs past curfew. A scan at any entrance shows on the phones at every other entrance, and a weekend ticket scans in once each day with the same QR code. Your box office sells walk-up tickets from a phone at the entrance, and traders, crew and press come in on accreditation with the zones and days they can enter.

#### Can I customize festival ticketing for a boutique or independent festival?

Yes. You choose your own ticket types and releases, door times for each day, purchase limits and which add-ons go with which tickets. Your event pages, festival website and campaigns carry your logo, colors and fonts. If you want the ticketing platform under your music festival's own name, our team sets up custom white-label branding with you.

#### What should I look for in festival ticketing software?

The right platform has a checkout that sells the tickets your festival needs, such as day and weekend tickets, camping and payment plans, and stays reliable on a busy on-sale. Check the festival ticketing fees, how fast you get paid, and whether door staff can scan tickets on their own phones. Ticket Fairy also has referral rewards, and you plan your acts, crew and traders on the same event.

#### When do fans get their festival tickets?

Fans get their tickets by email as soon as they pay, with QR codes they can show from their phone. Two kinds of event are different. At an event in Dubai, each ticket is registered with the Department of Economy and Tourism first, and fans get a second email when their tickets are ready. If your event is set up to send confirmations without tickets attached, fans get the email without them. If a fan loses the email, your box office finds the order and sends the tickets again. When a door time or entrance changes, you can text ticket holders as well as email them.

#### Can fans buy tickets on their phones?

Yes. Fans can buy on any phone from start to finish, including in browsers opened from Instagram and other social apps. Door staff scan tickets with their own phones, and you can check sales and ask Fai questions from your phone.

#### How do I answer fans' questions?

Your team can answer fans' chat and email in a shared Support Inbox. The AI ticket concierge answers fans on your website from your own FAQs and pages. Questions it cannot answer go to you, Ticket Fairy support, or both. Customer support team members can find orders and resend tickets. Social and Ads are available only to Ticket Fairy staff while network API approvals are pending.

#### Can Ticket Fairy help me book and pay my acts?

Yes. Each act gets an offer, an advance and an all-in cost, and Fai drafts the settlement after the show. You pay artists from Vault, with a second person approving each payment when you turn on payment approvals.

#### Can I connect my CRM and my own systems?

Yes. Your event ticketing software connects to Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Laylo and Hive, and your ticket buyers join your lists without an export. Your developer can use the Ticket Fairy API to create events and get their sales. Webhooks send each order to your CRM or reporting tools as fans pay.

#### Can I sell food and drink with my tickets?

Yes. You can sell meals, drink tokens and a drinks package for VIP ticket holders as add-ons with each ticket. With a cashless partner, fans pay at your bars and food stalls with the RFID wristband that got them in.

#### How quickly can I set up event ticketing for my festival?

You start from the multi-day festival template and answer its questions about your ticket price, capacity and extras. It prepares your day and weekend tickets with camping and car park add-ons for you to check. Your event page goes live when you are ready, or at the minute you announce if you schedule it.

#### How do I keep the queue moving at the gates?

Your door staff scan the QR code on each fan's phone with their own phones, and the app shows the right wristband straight away. A weekend ticket scans in once each day with the same QR code.

#### Which phones can take card payments at the door?

Compatible Android phones. Taps work when your payment processing account is in a country where tap to pay works, your event's venue is in that same country, and your business address or the venue's address is complete. Cash sales work on any phone that runs the scanning app.

#### When do I get paid?

Daily, once your own connected Stripe account is linked and active, where your country supports it, while buyers pay. In Indonesia, daily payouts come through a Xendit account instead. Otherwise your own account pays out on its own schedule. If you choose Paid out after your event, payouts are usually processed 10 to 15 business days after the event finishes. Where there are chargebacks or cancellations, funds can be held for the chargeback window. Your publish review shows this for the event in front of you.
