The 2mile2good Bay Classic Trout Fishing Comp is back for 2020. The rules are simple you must only fish in Tapuaeharuru Bay,  the boundary is the Wharewaka Point two hundred meter buoy and the Rangitira Point 200 meter buoy and north to the lakefront. This will be held on Saturday June 27th.

Trev Terry Marine Taupo is this years event major sponsors so the prize pool is set to be stacked! 

Major Prize based on overall best condition factor.  
Biggest Trout Overall  
Biggest Rainbow overall  
Biggest Brown overall  
Biggest Trout- YOUTH

Registrations close 10pm Friday 26th  June, either through Ticket Fairy or at Two Mile Bay Sailing Club   
Entry fee $25+BF and includes a Peroni. (Child entry fee the same but parents get the Peroni)   
Briefing Friday night 6pm followed by major spot prize draw , just make sure you've entered to be in the draw. Live band Friday night from 5pm.  
Prize giving 6pm Saturday followed by live band.  
Fishing starts Saturday morning in accordance with local rules and final weigh in before 5pm Saturday followed by prize giving.  
All entrants must have a current fishing licence and produce at weigh ins.
