**ABOUT THE EVENT**

Join us for a full conscious connected breathwork journey led by somatic coach and breathwork guide Jacquelyn Turner-Haury. A complete 90-minute session designed to reset your nervous system and guide you into altered states of consciousness.

By moving out of the thinking mind and into the body, you'll be invited to release accumulated tension, calm the nervous system, and arrive somewhere quieter and more grounded.

For some, it's the deepest rest they've had in months. For others, it's a full inner journey, emotional release and expanded awareness.

No experience necessary. The breath meets you where you are.

**What to bring:**

- Yoga mat
- Eye mask
- Something to keep you comfortable — a blanket, pillow, or even a sweater you can fold up
- Water bottle

**What to wear:** Loose, comfortable clothing. You'll be lying down and breathing deeply, so give your body room.

**Eat light beforehand.** A full meal and deep breathwork don't mix well — aim for around 90 minutes between eating and arriving.

**Doors open at 6pm. Please arrive on time** — we'll use those first few minutes to settle in before we begin.

**ABOUT JACQUELYN**

Jacquelyn Turner-Haury is a somatic coach and breathwork guide with over 400 hours of training through Alchemy of Breath. She works with people who are capable on the outside but disregulated on the inside, guiding them back to themselves through breath, body, and deep emotional healing.

She is the founder of Kakun, through which she leads intimate retreats in Ibiza, Sicily, and Mexico. Her work has been described as "what 50 years of therapy feels like in a week."
