From Lightning Society member, Adam Bendell, joing us for an experiential workshop to help you better understand what fuels you, what drains you, and how to build a life with more vitality.

What would a more energized version of your life look like? This two-hour workshop helps you get there. You'll move through three sections that build on each other: reconnecting with what genuinely lights you up, learning to notice your energy more clearly, and understanding what builds lasting energy over time.

This isn't a lecture. You'll go through guided exercises, honest partner conversations, and practical tools that leave you with clarity, not just inspiration.

What you'll walk away with:

- A deeper connection to who you are at your best
- A better understanding of what builds and drains your energy across your work, your routines, and your wider life (outside of both)
- A way to identify which parts of your energy need the most attention right now, across body, mind, and soul
- Small, realistic shifts you can start making this week
