Aging In Place

When your health may be declining, learn how to extend your time at home safely and when it may be time to move into a care community. On Saturday, October 15, from 11:00am-12:30pm, Jenn Nuara, FNP-C, a primary care provider who specializes in home-based care, will discuss options and gives valuable insight to our present medical system.

All are welcome at this no cost event, however you must register to attend by getting a free ticket for a Caregiver Pass.
