## ENTRY CONDITIONS

Please read the following conditions before purchasing your ticket:

🔞 **R18 EVENT** – Ales & Eats is strictly **18 years and over**. This includes **children and babies**. No one under 18 will be permitted entry.

🚫 **NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK** – Food or beverages of any kind may not be brought into the festival. All food and drinks must be purchased within the festival grounds.

🐕 **NO ANIMALS** – No animals are permitted on the festival site, with the exception of certified assistance animals where legally permitted.

♿ **ACCESSIBILITY** – Accessible facilities are available at the festival. Please contact the event team if you have specific accessibility requirements so we can assist with your visit.

💧 **WATER** – You may bring an **empty, reusable water bottle** into the festival. Water stations will be available throughout the festival site so you can refill your bottle.

🎟️ **TICKETS** – Please have your ticket ready for scanning on arrival. Valid photo ID may be required to verify your age.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with the festival's entry conditions and any reasonable directions from event staff.

- 🚗 **Free parking** is available on site.
- ♿ **Accessible car parking** is available close to the festival entrance.
- 🧭 Please follow the event signage and directions from **State Highway 1** to Te Rohenga Road.
- 🚦 On arrival, follow the directions of parking marshals and event staff.
- 🎟️ Please have your festival ticket ready for entry.

**Please allow extra time for parking and walking to the festival entrance, particularly during peak arrival times.**

### 🚌 ARRIVING BY BUS OR SHUTTLE

Bus and shuttle services are available from **Palmerston North, Levin and Foxton Beach**. Bus tickets can be purchased separately as an add-on to your festival ticket.

### 🏕️ ALES & EATS CAMPING PASS

**$20 per vehicle | 2 nights**

Your Camping Pass includes access to the festival camping area for **Friday 29 January – Sunday 31 January 2027**.

- 🕓 **Check-in:** From 4.00pm, Friday 29 January
- 🕙 **Check-out:** By 10.00am, Sunday 31 January
- 🚐 **Self-contained campers & caravans only**
- ⛺ **No tents permitted**
- 🐕 **No dogs or pets permitted**
- 🚧 **No vehicle access in or out of the site between 10.00am and 9.00pm on Saturday 30 January** due to festival operations.
- 🎟️ **One Camping Pass required per vehicle**

Please ensure your vehicle is fully self-contained and suitable for overnight camping. Camping is subject to availability and site conditions.

**Please note:** The Camping Pass is an add-on and **does not include entry to the Ales & Eats Festival**. A valid festival ticket is required for festival entry.
