Socially distanced workouts outside on our track delivered by Arena Fitness fully qualified Gym team.
Monday 6:30am - Jordan- Alfresco Fit 30
Monday 5.15pm – Mark - Alfresco Body Weight
Tuesday 6.45am – Jordan - Alfresco Fit 30
Bookings are $6 casual rate per class.
Bring a water bottle & Towel.
Please scan in & meet your instructor by the gym side door.
Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell.
Maintain 2mt distancing at all times.
Cancellation policy:
If you are unable to attend, please be kind and let us know via email [email protected] so we can release your space to someone else.
All bookings are non-refundable but those cancelled more than 3 hours before class start time will have the opportunity to transfer to another session.
