Learn all about the friendly sea creatures and befriend them all during our Meet & Greet experience! You'll even get to take a photo with our resident dolphins at the edge of the lagoon to make the memories last.  
Meet the playful creatures of Dolphin Bay and have your photo taken with these adorable marine mammals. There's no need to get in the water, the dolphins come right to the edge of the pool, making it easy for people of all ages to see them face to face during this remarkable encounter. Visit behind-the-scenes of Dolphin Bay and learn how we care for our marine mammals. This wonderful experience is suitable for all ages and includes one complimentary printed photo provided at end of your visit.

After your visit to Dolphin Bay, enjoy full access to the world-famous thrill rides and slippery slides of Aquaventure Waterpark. For those less inclined toward adrenaline-fuelled adventures, there are plenty of private, sunny beaches and comfortable places to sit down and relax at this beautiful resort.  
**Information:**• Guests who are pregnant and wish to participate in a dolphin or sea lion programme should consult their physician before booking.  
• Cameras, jewellery, hair accessories, and other loose accessories are not permitted in the water for the safety of the animals.  
• The maximum number of participants per experience is 15.  
• In case of severe weather, the attraction may temporarily close for safety reasons. No refunds will be issued due to weather-related closures.  
• All fun and educational dolphin and sea lion experiences include FREE same-day access to the waterpark. During peak periods, queues for Aquaventure rides may be longer than usual. AquaXpress may be available for purchase at the entrance or guest service kiosk, subject to availability.

**Notes:**• REDEMPTION PROCESS - Upon arrival, proceed to the ticketing counter at the Admission Plaza and present your voucher to exchange it for an admission ticket. You may present the voucher on your phone or as a printed copy, provided the QR code and voucher code are clearly visible. Please bring a valid passport or government-issued photo ID matching the contact name used for the booking. Guests without valid identification may be denied admission and will not be eligible for a refund. The voucher is valid only on the selected event date. Date changes or rescheduling are not permitted after booking.

• OTHER - Dolphin Meet & Greet participants must arrive at Atlas Village at least 15 minutes before their scheduled experience time. Participants arriving 5 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show. Please know that your scheduled time is for the mandatory check-in and not for the experience itself. Guests are advised to allow adequate time to collect their tickets from the Admission Plaza and arrive at Atlas Village before the start of their experience. This experience is for all ages. All children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a participating and paying adult of 18 years old and above. Children 2 years old and below have complimentary access. A maximum of 2 children under 12 years old per paying adult is permitted.
