Enjoy our deep-water programme as you get a chance to swim and interact with our resident dolphins. After you've befriended the beautiful creatures, our specialists are there to tell you all about how we take care of them.  
Enjoy the incredible and unique deep-water dolphin programme where you will get a chance to swim and interact with the resident bottlenose dolphins. With an exciting element of snorkelling in the deeper part of the beautiful lagoon, you can witness first-hand what some of the natural underwater behaviours look and sound like as well as how these magnificent mammals interact and communicate underwater. Be a part of their energetic enrichment session and their daily physical routine together as the specialist team can tell you all about the dolphins with interesting and fun facts.

Every dolphin interaction programme includes unlimited access to Aquaventure Waterpark for the day. That means you'll get to enjoy over 105 slides & attractions, a private beach, the brand-new Surf's Up wave rider and more!  
**Information:**• Pregnant guests are not permitted to participate in the experience. • This experience is for confident swimmers aged 6 and above. All children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a participating and paying adult of 18 years old and above. Guests participating in the Dolphin Swim experience must be confident swimmers and be able to tread water and swim with a mask and snorkel. • Cameras, jewellery, hair accessories, and other loose accessories are not permitted in the water for the safety of the animals. • The maximum number of participants per experience is 8. • In case of severe weather, the attraction may temporarily close for safety reasons. No refunds will be issued due to weather-related closures. • Experience includes 30 minutes of preparation time and 30 minutes in the water. • During peak periods, queues for Aquaventure rides may be longer than usual. AquaXpress may be available for purchase at the entrance or guest service kiosk, subject to availability.

**Notes:**• REDEMPTION PROCESS - Upon arrival, proceed to the ticketing counter at the Admission Plaza and present your voucher to exchange it for an admission ticket. You may present the voucher on your phone or as a printed copy, provided the QR code and voucher code are clearly visible. Please bring a valid passport or government-issued photo ID matching the contact name used for the booking. Guests without valid identification may be denied admission and will not be eligible for a refund. The voucher is valid only on the selected event date. Date changes or rescheduling are not permitted after booking. • OPERATIONAL TIMINGS - Mon - Thurs: 10am - 6pm | Fri - Sun: 10am - 8pm • Lost World Aquarium: Open daily, 11:00 am–8:00 pm • Atlas Village: Open daily, 10am - 6pm • Please note that operating hours may change without prior notice. Check the attraction's website for the latest information. • OTHER - Dolphin Swim participants must arrive at Atlas Village at least 15 minutes before their scheduled experience time. Participants arriving 5 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show. Please know that your scheduled time is for the mandatory check-in and not for the experience itself. Guests are advised to allow adequate time to collect their tickets from the Admission Plaza and arrive at Atlas Village before the start of their experience. This experience is for all ages. All children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a participating and paying adult of 18 years old and above. Children 2 years old and below have complimentary access. A maximum of 2 children under 12 years old per paying adult is permitted.
