# **BALI BREATHFEST**

## A festival created by a group of **passionate breathworkers** whose ***aim is to bring the healing power of the breath to as many people as possible.*** 

**Bali BreathFest** is a journey of *education, discovery and personal transformation*. With a curated selection of professional breathworkers, the festival includes breathing techniques useful for all walks of life and for many purposes including breathwork for trauma release, anxiety and depression, deep healing, reaching bliss states, and for everyday connection to breath awareness. 

## *We invite you to **breathe**, **connect,** and **transform** with us.*

### **This festival is for you if: **

1. You are new to breathwork and would like to learn from key practitioners and experts in the breathwork field. 
2. You have experienced some breathwork modalities but want to explore others.
3.  You are an experienced breather and want to connect with other practitioners on the island.
