--- title: "Ben Hurley comedy night's Tickets | Waihi Beach | The Secret Garden - Ticket Fairy" description: "Get ready for an absolute masterclass in Kiwi comedy. When you bring together three of Aotearoa’s sharpest, most recognizable headliners, you are guaranteed a night of relentless, belly-laugh mayhem. Here is a breakdown of what you can expect when this stellar line-up takes the stage. The Ultimate Ringmaster: Ben Hurley As your MC for the night, comedy veteran Ben Hurley is the perfect pair of hands to steer the ship. Known for his massive yet incredibly likeable stage presence, Ben has an unmatched ability to win over any room, from packed UK festival tents to your favourite local venue. Expect lightning-fast crowd work, sharp improvisational banter, and a steady stream of brilliant, well-honed storytelling. He will set the energy high, keep the vibe loose, and perfectly prime the room for an unforgettable night. High-Energy Chaos: Tony Lyall Fresh off writing and reporting duties for the screen and radio, Tony Lyall brings a distinct brand of high-energy, good-times madness to the stage. Tony is a master of off-the-cuff crowd work and relatable, sharp-witted storytelling. Whether he is riffing on the absurdities of daily life or weaving together hilarious yarns about Kiwi sports culture, his infectious enthusiasm shakes up any stage he steps on. Expect punchy, fast-paced comedy that will leave your cheeks sore. Musical and Blingy Brilliance: Hayley Sproull You know her from ZM Breakfast, The Great Kiwi Bake Off, and Have You Been Paying Attention?, and on stage, Hayley Sproull is an absolute force of nature. Bringing her signature \"super blingy\" charm, theatrical flair, and razor-sharp wit, Hayley delivers comedy that is as clever as it is unhinged. Expect a mix of brilliantly sharp observational stand-up, hilarious personal anecdotes, and perhaps a touch of her legendary musical comedy. She is fast, fierce, and fiercely funny. The Wildcard: A Special Mystery Guest Just when you think the line-up cannot get any bigger, the night features a strictly under-wraps, special mystery guest. It could be a fellow 7 Days regular, a Taskmaster NZ favourite, or an iconic face from the local circuit dropping in to test out exclusive new material. This wildcard slot guarantees a burst of unexpected energy, leaving the audience guessing right up until the moment they step into the spotlight. The Atmosphere Expect a casual, roaring, and completely uncensored night out. The drinks will be flowing, the banter will be flying, and nothing will be off-limits. Whether you are locking in a classic date night, heading out for a Christmas work function, or just rounding up the mates for a laugh, this is top-drawer Kiwi comedy at its absolute finest. Come early, grab a drink, and let the professionals do the rest." canonical: "https://www.ticketfairy.com/event/benhurleycomedynight-20261026231838240" --- # Ben Hurley comedy night ## Event details | | | | --- | --- | | **Starts** | Thursday, January 7, 2027 at 5:00 PM | | **Ends** | Thursday, January 7, 2027 at 9:00 PM | | **Venue** | The Secret Garden, Waihi Beach, Bay of Plenty, NZ | | **Event organiser** | The secret garden | | **Age** | 18+ | | **Flyer** | | ## Tickets | Ticket | Price | Availability | | --- | --- | --- | | General admission | NZD 44.00 | On sale | **Buy tickets:** [Buy tickets through ACP or UCP](https://www.ticketfairy.com/developers/agent-checkout) with a buyer-approved shared payment token (SPT) when the checkout offers it.
