Beni Falcon joins The Pulse for three days of focused movement practice at CRANIA.

During his residency, he offers:

* A Two-Day Handstand Intensive

These are Beni Falcon–led sessions.

Separately, as every Sunday, The Pulse hosts the MeltHaus Sauna Bus — independent from the residency.

BENI FALCON — YOGA MASTERCLASS

A 90-minute focused practice centered on mobility, inversion preparation, breath and embodied awareness.

Open to all levels.
Limited capacity.

Presence over performance.

BENI FALCON — HANDSTAND INTENSIVE

March 7 & 8 · 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Location: Shala & Cate

Two-Day Immersive Training
3 hours of guided practice per day

Day 1 — Conditioning & Foundations
Day 2 — Technique, Control & Integration

Open to all levels.
Full intensive recommended.
Single days available.

This is structured inversion training — strength, balance and nervous system awareness.

SUNDAY SAUNA — MELTHAUS

March 8 · 1:00 – 3:00 PM

This is a recurring weekly experience at The Pulse (and is not led by Beni Falcon).

Direct ocean plunge access

The bus is positioned at the beach entrance, allowing direct transition from heat into the sea.

No guided format.
Move at your own rhythm.

Bring your towel and water.

Sauna access is booked separately unless otherwise stated in your ticket selection.

Each session is independent.
No prior attendance required.
Open to all levels.

Yoga teacher, mobility and handstand coach, and founder of Timeless.
With over 13 years in high-performance sport and coaching, his approach integrates strength, discipline and meditative awareness.

He teaches movement as mental training — grounded in lived experience and conscious practice.

We’re closer than you think — we’re located just outside San José del Cabo’s downtown (5 minutes), inside Puerto Los Cabos. The venue is only 15 minutes from Los Cabos International Airport, making it easy for both locals and international travelers.

Arriving is simple:

• By car → we offer on-site parking right next to the venue.
• By Uber or taxi → direct drop-off & pickup at our entrance.
