**The combination of American Low n Slow BBQ on Australia Day, **

**blasphemy, or genius?**

One of Australia's most prominent Low n Slow American BBQ ambassadors, Matt Booma Bromage, & the team at Changz Canteen are collaborating to bring Melbourne a once off American Low n Slow BBQ event, on Australia Day.

**With 10% of all ticket sales being donated to Cure Cancer Australia, there will be brand presence from the likes of Detroit’s McLures pickles, St Kilda’s East 9th Brewing, Pure Dairy, Mornington Peninsula's O’Connor Beef & Buffalo Trace bourbon. With JJJ’s Hottest 100 Countdown humming away in the background, cold drinks flowing & a menu only available on the day, this event is the only way you'll want to celebrate Australia day in 2017.**

Tickets purchased include one of Booma’s signature burgers & a beer, with additional menu items developed by Booma and Changz Canteen available on the day. The drinks list will be a strong representation of American style BBQ and echo a Changz Canteen influence, the full menu available will be enough to satisfy the most die-hard of Low n Slow fans with a more elegant touch provided by the hands of the Canteen’s owner/chef Tom Jacobson.
