Breathwork & Sound: An Immersive Somatic Experience with Katia & Masha

May 6th, 6:30-8:30 pm at Lightning Society

About the event

A two-part journey designed to move you from the noise of everyday life into the full range of your human experience.

Katia opens with a transformative breathwork practice — a dynamic blend of conscious breathing and gentle bodywork that dissolves layers of tension, softens the nervous system, and reconnects you with the deep intelligence of your own body.

Masha leads a live sound meditation — Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, voice, and overtone instruments — allowing vibration to move through you like waves, supporting subtle realignment, profound rest, and integration of emotions and insight.

About facilitators:

Masha Shakurova Sound Meditation · Integrative Coaching
Sound meditation facilitator and integrative coach with a Master's in psychology. Masha brings somatic psychology, IFS, and nervous system science into immersive group sound experiences — precisely held and deeply felt, creating the kind of shift people usually only access in private sessions. She works with brands, corporate clients, and luxury hospitality venues across New York.

Katia Repina Breathwork · Somatics · Nervous System Regulation
Advanced trauma-trained breathwork facilitator and certified yoga and pranayama teacher. Katia guides somatic breathwork experiences rooted in nervous system regulation and emotional integration — specializing in helping individuals release tension and integrate unprocessed emotions and stress stored in the body. She has brought her work into some of New York's most discerning spaces, including Google NYC, The Ned Nomad, Casa Cipriani, Soho House, Kiehl's Flagship, Anima Mundi, Arlo Soho, and SAA Brooklyn.
