Join us at Bristol Volksfest and be a part of the largest grassroots VW festival in the South West.

An action packed weekend celebrating all things Volkswagen with quality Air-cooled & Water-cooled displays, traders and autojumble, live music, Dj’s, kids zone and entertainment culminating with the main event on Sunday - the Show & Shine.

If you’re a VW driver, music lover, bargain hunter or you enjoy chilled vibes, good times and a relaxed family atmosphere - Bristol Volksfest is for you.

1992 saw the very first Bristol Volksfest held around a football field in Almondsbury, Bristol. The brainchild of founder Adrian Ashby, Bristol Volksfest started as a hobby, creating an opportunity for like minded VDub enthusiasts to come along and put their pride and joys on display and swap parts, knowledge and appreciation for the iconic vehicles.

From there it has evolved naturally into one of the biggest VW shows in Britain.

Bristol Volksfest is one of three shows organised by the same dedicated group - the others are Bristol Aircooled+ and Oktoberfest.

**Ticket Types**

We have frozen the prices on our adult tickets for 2020, however we have added a £5 car pass on to our add-ons. please carefully read the info below.

All price exclude the booking fees.

++ Tier 1 - Early Bird Tickets - £35 ++ Our cheapest ticket ** limited availability**

++ Tier 2 - Advanced tickets - £40 ++ Our Second cheapest ticket ** limited availability**

++ Tier 3 - General Release tickets - £45 ++ Still a bargain at that price.

++ Child Tickets Ages 6-15 - £15 ++

** Ticket add-ons**

++Car pass VW £5 ++

This new pass for 2020 has two benefits to the event. Firstly we will be donating the proceeds of this ticket to the Forest of Avon Trust to contribute to local forest upkeep and tree planting. This has multiple benefits to local wildlife and also helping cover some of the carbon cost of running Bristol Volksfest. It costs £10 to plant and maintain a tree to maturity. So this year we will be starting on our multi-year quest to Capture as much Carbon as we create. Whilst also promoting the welfare of local wildlife in the area.

Secondly this has the double benefit of helping the event calculate exactly how many vehicles we can expect on site prior to opening the gates. Previously we have offered Free Pitch Passes but we found that people would ‘Purchase’ them and they would be unused over the weekend. This had the double effect that we overestimated the space we needed on the site, meaning that the site was sold out, when it wasn’t.

This small charge of £5 will be increased to £15 on the gate so make sure you purchase this pass in advance.

++ Car pass Non-VW - £20 ++ This Ticket is for all our Non-VW friends - This Pass also includes the £5 Carbon Capture Vehicle Pass.

++ Thursday Night Camping - £15 ++ ‘He who doth not want extra nights, is fool of infinite measure.’ Sir Simon Butler, Lord of Gatcombe.

++ Caravan, Motorhome (Non-VW), Trailer Tent Pass £20 ++ For all those who need that Little extra room. New for this year we will be setting aside an Area for ‘Oversized’ vehicles. This will but close to the exit to help assist us getting you off-site in inclement conditions.
