Jacq Frances is a trained dancer, painter and entertainer with 10+ years of experience on stages and in studios around the world. Drawing from her decade-long career as a stripper, she teaches her students how to move, express and perform with fluidity, confidence and grace. 

The *CONFIDENCE* workshop begins with a meditation and art exercise, followed by warm-up with local legend and muscle maven Sunny aka Sofia, and the instruction of a choreographed dance routine. 

**NO DANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. **

Class and choreography can be adapted to suit adults of all ages, abilities and levels of experience. 

120 minutes. 

**COSTUMES ENCOURAGED BUT NOT REQUIRED. **
