Artists Illuminati Congo and Mike Wird are visiting Portland for their first time for the All Rise Together Tour! Join the tour Friday as they will be accompanied by local conscious lyricists for this cosmic blast off. Doors open at 6pm, and the show starts off with ELAmental & SoCoLo at 7pm.
