𝗗𝟭𝗡𝗭 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗢𝗡 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗦 𝗔𝗧 𝗧𝗔𝗨𝗣𝗢   The 2023/2024 season of the Repco D1NZ National Drifting Championship kicks off at Taupo, with a pre-Christmas start to kick off summer sideways – Who will be the 2024 Champion? Fanga Dan has already announced he is back and ready to defend the title – With over 50+ epic top NZ drivers and the only time the National Championship visits the central Plateau central North island fans should lock it in.   𝐁𝐎𝐓𝐇 𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐄𝐒 𝐁𝐀𝐂𝐊 𝐓𝐎 𝐁𝐀𝐂𝐊 The fans spoke and we listened - both classes are back TOGETHER for the full season!! For Round 1 this event the pits are accessible so you can meet and greet your favourite drivers!   ​𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗦: Gates open at 10:00am both days.  
Friday is practice and qualifying for both classes.

There will be food and beverages available at the venue.  
If a Bar is on site alcohol will not be served to minors or intoxicated persons - ID required on request. You may bring a homemade picnic in a soft-chilly bag. Commercial food is not allowed to be brought into the venue. This is a fantastic event however, you may be exposed to the sun, wind or rain for an extended period, therefore we strongly encourage you to bring along sunscreen, sunglasses, a jacket, be prepared with a fillable water bottle.
