Deep House Yoga & Dance Experience

We're back!!

Liber8yoga Collective invites you for another immersive experience of movement, authentic expression, and connection. Move your body, refresh your mind, rejuvenate your spirit. If you are looking for meaningful experiences with like-minded people and pure positive energy, this yoga & dance experience was curated especially for you. We will tap into the energy of this new spring season and use our physical body to transmute this energy so we can embody new beginnings and call in our hearts desires. Experience yoga and dance like never before. 

All headsets and blankets will be cleaned and sanitized :) 

Evening itinerary: 

6:45 - doors open, meet and greet, come reserve your spot in the Temple Yoga Studio 

7:00 - Yoga flow set to deep house music with Silent Disco headphones, taught by Mashi with tunes by the legendary DJ Viggi. 

8:00 - Ecstatic dance incorporated into the yoga flow 

8:30 - Purifying and healing ethereal soundbath by the one and only Kundalina 

9:00 - Cacao ceremony and mini manifestation workshop (+snacks!) 

9:45 - Closing gratitude circle 

About Liber8yoga: 

Liber8yoga is a yoga and artist collective for high-vibe individuals who crave genuine and wholesome experiences. We use our physical bodies through yoga, movement, and meditation, as the miraculous vessels that they are to transmute energy, tap into our multi-dimensionality, and turn pain into power. Mashi Cohen, the facilitator of Liber8yoga Collective, is a private yoga instructor and coach specializing in releasing trauma, emotional healing, and transmuting energy using the yoga practice. Her goal is to spread the joy and beauty of the yoga practice, and create immersive movement experiences where we can collaborate on the energy and access our limitless power and fullest potential! She is a certified yoga instructor, holistic health coach, and holistic nutrition coach, helping others to find wellness from the inside out :) 

About Mystic Manor: 

Mystic Manor is a beautiful art space in Venice Beach, designed to inspire creativity and bring people together. It's a place for transformation, healing, and creating. We are proud to be using this space to bring like-minded people together and support each other in the way we were always meant to do.
