Hi all

Despite doing everything possible, we have now made the hard call that we won’t be able to bring Deftones to New Zealand. With the show originally scheduled just as Covid took over the world, we have been working hard for years to get this show back on track. 

Thank you for sticking with us through it all and we are sorry it didn’t work out as we had hoped. 

We tried everything we could to be able to refund your tickets automatically, but unfortunately, we just weren't able to find a way. With the tickets being a bit older than usual, we will need to process refunds manually. 

To access your refund we will need to complete the form that was emailed to you via Ticket Fairy. 

We will be doing the first batch of refunds on Thursday 10 November, then weekly after that.  Once your refund has been processed, it can take up to 5 working days for the funds to appear, though it is often faster.

Please be careful and follow all instructions when completing the form as any mistakes will slow down your refund.  

Thank you for all your patience so far, we will get your ticket refunds back to you.
