Step on board a unique viewing platform and get up close to the largest performing fountains in the world! This is a truly extraordinary Dubai Fountains Experience, placing you on the Viewing Boardwalk on the Burj Lake, facing Souq Al Bahar, the Dubai Mall, and of course the mesmerising Dubai Fountains.  
**Information:**Please note the fountain show timings during the Eid Al Adha holiday period:  
• 26 May 2027 (Arafat Day): Shows will operate from 7:30 PM to 11:00 PM, with a show every 30 minutes.  
• 27–29 May 2027: An additional show will take place at 5:00 PM, followed by regular show timings from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with a show every 30 minutes.

•During severe weather conditions, the attraction may temporarily close to ensure guest safety. Refunds will not be provided in the event of attraction closure due to inclement weather.  
•Dubai Fountain show timings are subject to change based on operational requirements and may vary from the schedule below. The timings are provided for guidance only.

Afternoon Shows  
Saturday to Thursday: 1:00 PM & 1:30 PM  
Friday: 2:00 PM & 2:30 PM

Evening Shows  
Daily: Every 30 minutes from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM

**Cancellation Policy:**For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours prior to the timeslot. Vouchers converted into attraction tickets can't be cancelled and are non-refundable

•Booked tickets are valid only for the selected date and time.  
•Guests must collect their tickets from the At The Top main counter located on the LG Level of Dubai Mall before visiting any Dubai Mall Emaar attractions.  
•Please present your printed ticket together with your booking confirmation upon entry. Lost exchanged tickets cannot be replaced.  
•Guests are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before their booking time, especially during peak seasons when delays may occur.  
•Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 or above, and a parental consent form is required.  
•Children below the age of 4 are not permitted to participate in this experience.  
•When booking tickets for children, at least one adult ticket must also be selected.  
•No-shows and late arrivals are non-refundable.
