    With joyful hearts, we invite you to join us every Sunday for our weekly series Ecstatic Sun Days at Cenote Tortuga inside Casa Tortuga park.

We have the whole place to ourselves where we can relax, let go, and ground into beautiful nature. Here we meditate, do yoga, swim in the cenote, and as the golden sun begins to set over the magical Mayan jungle we end with ecstatic dance.

Tickets are by donation which helps us support local artists, our teachers and organize community awareness projects.

5pm-7pm we dance in the middle of the cenote

**LOCATION**Cenote Tortuga inside Cenotes Casa Tortuga Park, Tulum Q’Roo

**GETTING HERE**Taking the collectivo for 25 pesos from to and from Tulum Centro is a great option, but if you drive or catch a taxi, it's just a quick 10-minute trip to our sanctuary here in Cenotes Casa Tortuga Park.

Maria Laura is a certified 200h Ashtanga/Vinyasa, 200h Traditional Tantra Hatha Yoga teacher and certified 9-months meditation teacher. She is the owner of Maria Laura Yoga studio in Italy.  
Return to a sense of stillness during Yoga this coming Sun Day. You’ll experience more space in between thoughts as you’ll move through grounding asanas and develop a focus on the exhale and exhale retention. Designed to calm your nervous system and release excess heat. We’ll end with a Kriya meditation that assists in letting go and connects to Earth

### Pamella Violeta 4pm - 5pm

Pamella is a Mexican scenic artist. Her specialty is the trapeze. She is also a yoga practitioner and teacher. She created and discovered this wonderful methodology by figuring out how to make closer the academic, holistic, and artistic world and Vuola Reading Ourselves emerged. Bring your favorite book, something to write with, and wear comfortable clothes
