The head of A&R for the label JOE KAY is responsible for digging for the timeless ‘Sound Of Tomorrow’, and undoubtedly a persistent and careful DJ, with his own slowed-down edits for when the mood is right under the disco lights. When The Whooligan isn't managing bookings for Soulection, he's a multi-faceted and genre-bending DJ, whose shared the stage with the likes of Rick Ross, Lupe Fiasco, Kid Sister, Jazzy Jeff and J Rocc over a decade long career in music.
