Spoken started in a music class between two students who would regularly collaborate on productions. After a year of pursuing a two-piece, they started jamming with a bass player that filled their stage presence immensely and completed the sound. In the past year spoken has had notable performances alongside top kiwi artists including Hollie Smith.
