## October Holiday Camps 2025 🎉

**New adventures, old favourites — One day of unforgettable fun!**

Our 2025 camps are back and better than ever, with exciting new activities alongside much-loved classics.

### 📅 Camp Details

- **Dates**: Tuesday 14th October
- **Time**: Daily, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- **Ages**: 6-12 years. Want siblings in the same group? Just let us know!

⚡ **Activities Include:**

- **NERF Team Battles** – High-energy action and strategy.
- **Multi-Sports Tournaments** – Skills sessions & friendly matches.
- **STEM Play: Magnetic Building Blocks** – Hands-on fun with magnetic construction sets to spark creativity, problem-solving, and STEM learning through play.
- **Arts & Crafts** – Relaxing activities to inspire creativity.
- **Team Building Games** – Fun challenges that encourage cooperation.
- **Fitness Challenges** – Can you beat the beep test?
- **Board Games & Chess** – Classic games for strategy and downtime.

To help kids stay active, make friends, and learn new skills – all while having a blast!

### ✅ What to Bring

- Comfortable clothing for indoor play
- Water bottle, snacks, and **packed lunch** (if attending a full day)
- Optional: NERF blaster and a device for use **during breaks only**

### ℹ️ Additional Info

- Camps are run by experienced, PVG-checked, **First Aid Trained Activity Leaders**
- Sessions are **drop-off only** – parents are welcome to stay in the venue but not inside the hall during safety talks or activities
- Please **arrive on time** to avoid disrupting the safety briefing

### 🔁 Cancellation Policy

- **Full refund** if cancelled **5+ days** before the event
- **No refund** if cancelled within 5 days, but tickets are transferable to another person
- **Illness?** Tickets can be credited towards a future event (with documentation)
- **Booking fees are non-refundable**
- **If EQ Sport cancels**, a **full refund including booking fees** will be issued.  If the cancellation is due to something out of our control we will offer a credit refund for a future session.
