3 days & nights / 1 barn / 1 stage / 40+ DJs / 24 hour Security / Mad Hatters Tea Party / Cafe providing chill out vibes / One Love Caribbean Shack offering a mixture of edible delights / a stunning countryside location with basic campsite facilities.

Gates open 10am music starts from midday, Friday 30th August 2024 all guests depart by midday Monday 2nd September 2024 

The event space is located on a secluded hilltop overlooking a wooded valley with beautiful views across miles of stunning Somerset countryside - the perfect spot to celebrate, dance, relax and enjoy spending time with likeminded individuals!   

This barn is located on a working farm, we are a Leave No Trace event therefore we leave the event space as spotless as we found it.  

Drinking water taps & basic campsite facilities like portaloos are provided, we will be completely off grid at this location.

Please bring your own alcohol, we will not be running a bar and the nearest shop is not within walking distance!

PLEASE RESPECT THIS SPACE AND LEAVE NO TRACE!

We ask that all guests take their rubbish away with them. our food traders do not use any single use plastic and all food packaging served is fully compostable. We like to hand the keys back to the farmer knowing that the camping field and event space has been well looked after & is clean and clear of all rubbish. 

Please BYO bring your own alcohol we are not within walking distance to any shops so please come prepared!  Soft drinks including tea & coffee will be available from the Mad Hatters cafe!

Striking Lighting will be providing all things electrical including a light & laser show

Luak Fire Tribe will provide a theatrical fire performance show.

Important Information

• Over 18's only *(we operate a challenge 25 scheme so if you are lucky enough to look younger than 25, please bring some photo ID)
• Campervans & caravans  *(no more than 7.5 tonne)
• Gate opening times: 10am Friday 30^th Aug until 22:00 (gates are locked overnight with no movement of vehicles / campervans).  we re-open at 10:00 – 14:00 Sat 31^st August 2024 gates are locked overnight with no movement of vehicles. (We do not operate Sunday entrance you are free to leave whenever you like, all ticket holders must depart by midday Monday 2^nd Sept 2024)
• No glass allowed this is a working farm
• No open fires or BBQs are allowed these are forbidden for safety reasons, camping stoves are allowed (please raise all camping stoves off the ground to ensure tinder on the floor does not catch fire) If the Fire Brigade ban the use of camping stoves for safety purposes, we will aim to provide you with as much notice as possible so that you can make alternative arrangements.  In these instances, we will be able to provide you with boiling hot water from the bar or Mad Hatters Tea Party which you can use with dried packet food & pot noodles etc.
• All campers need to be self-sufficient for the duration of the weekend. This is a camping weekend with music provided as entertainment, the nearest shop is not within walking distance, we provide food via One Love Caribbean Shack & Mad Hatters Cafe check their opening times by reading their chalk boards for further information.
• The site provides waste facilities, but as this campsite is located within an area of outstanding beauty, we encourage everyone attending to leave no trace and take their rubbish home with them.
• There is very limited WIFI, and mobile phone reception is virtually non-existent you are effectively off-grid for the weekend.
• We are not running a licenced bar, therefore please bring your own alcohol!  This is a strict BYO event.  We will only provide soft drinks and drinking water via designated taps for you to full up for free!
• To support the ethos of our event we encourage everyone to reduce the use of single use plastics. Therefore, our street food stalls use only reusable cups or compostable packaging to serve guests.
• Portaloos provided but *no showers available.  This campsite has basic campsite facilities
• Generators & sound-systems are not allowed.
• Drinking water taps are located and clearly marked please bring a water bottle and fill up for free, due to the event ethos we do not sell bottled water on site.
• Copies of tickets are required to be shown for entry, location & directions will be emailed two weeks before the event to the ticket purchaser, there is limited no wi-fi on site so ensure you take a photo or bring a copy of the ticket with you. A screen shot will suffice!
• Please do not bring, fireworks, glass containers, potential weapons, laser equipment, including laser pens.
• Any anti-social or illegal behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in you being asked to leave the campsite.
• As a condition of sale, the ticket holder consents to being filmed, photographed, and recorded for television, feature films, radio, webcast, and other public broadcast and/or for any video/DVD or by onsite CCTV cameras and recordings for safety and security purposes.
