The joi Film Salon

Joing us for a very special evening of curated short film screenings on memory, womanhood, and what we carry forward, hosted by joi, a salon and cultural experience series for women across NYC, and presented by Lightning Society.

This screening is programmed by filmmaker Ani Simon-Kennedy. Each film has been selected from around the world for the way it explores memory as something inherited, carried, and reshaped by women across generations. After the screening, we open the floor to discussion,  reflection, and questions.
