**King Beats Festival** is on its 5th year running, in 2020 King Beats welcome everyone to Kingston Station on Saturday 1st February.

King Beats welcome headliners, masters of roots, reggae, and rock – Kora! featuring at the festival is a loaded line up with “The Slacks” from Auckland, solo artist “Tullara” from Australia, local band “Turtle Funk” with their lead singer from Brazil and “Haven” local lads from Wakatipu High School who came second in 2019 Smokefree Rockquest national finals. The range of bands and music will ensure the summer vibes are felt throughout the event.

As the day turns to night, DJ Jang from England kicks it off with some old school tunes filled with everyone’s favorites followed by an “Electric Rush” set. The DJs will be keeping the beats flowing throughout the night.

It’s a family event with lots of games for children, youth and adults with great prizes to be won. Last year with overwhelming support from the local community, there were prizes ranging from a $50 restaurant voucher to a free skydive! Activities during the day will include yoga, a mini ramp, and professional bike jumps for freestyle riders to show us their skills.

All tickets purchased include overnight camping at Kingston Station with food and drink available to purchase. Gates open for camping at 11 am, music starts at 1 pm!

King Beats Festival has raised over $40,000 for kids all over NZ and this couldn’t be done without the help of local businesses donating money and prizes

Early Bird tickets are strictly limited at the special price of $105 + booking fee, once they are sold or after December 15th, tickets will be $115 + booking fee.
