    When should I arrive/leave?

Music starts at 2pm on Thursday 2 March and ends late night Sunday/early Monday, so it would be best to arrive on Wednesday 1 March and leave the evening of Monday 6 March (or stay until Tuesday if you can).

      Which airport do I fly into and how do I get to Tulum?

The closest airport is Cancun, which is well-serviced by direct flights from many cities around the world.

Once you land in Cancun, private shuttle transfers for up to 8 people are approximately $125 USD each way, and take just under 2 hours to get to Tulum's beach road.

We are also working with a dedicated shuttle service and you can purchase it in conjunction with your festival ticket. If you have already bought your ticket, you can go back into your account and purchase the add-on.

There's also a very cheap bus that takes you into Tulum town centre and then you can take a taxi to the beach road or Aldea Zama, depending on where you're staying.

We will be reaching out to you the week of the event to lock in your shuttle pick up times if you've booked them through the Ticket Fairy.

Wristbands

    Where can I pick up my wristband?

We will be doing an early pickup on March 1st. Details will be released the week of the event.

You will also be able to pick up your wristband at the entry to the event.

Merch

    Will there be merch for sale?

We will be selling a limited amount of merch at the event. 

You can secure a Commemorative laminate in advance in the add-ons screen. If you've already purchased your ticket and still want to add the laminate in advance, please follow the steps below.
