**MEDITATIVE ART - NEW MOON CIRCLE - THE HOLISTIC HUB NZ**  
Date: Thursday 10 June, 7-8:30pm

Meditative Art is a holistic session that integrates therapeutic art techniques, yoga principles, and meditation with colors and music.

The New Moon is a dark and veiled time, a time for rebirth, to lay down intentions for the new cycle: an intensely magical time!

Since Art has the power to give meaning to certain aspects of our lives that would otherwise stay invisible or abstract, we will use art exercise to support this process of attracting and therefore manifesting what we want in our life.

Anyone can enjoy the benefits of making art.

No knowledge or prior skills surrounding art is required to start.

Let go of any judgmental thoughts and let your imagination go wild!

**SESSION**

- 90 minutes session divided into welcome, discovering activities, sharing and farewell.
- All the art equipment is provided (material to draw or paint on and tools to draw with).
