Megaland is based at Lilyworld Garden Bar & Café. Vehicle entry is via the main Maurice Road gates, Go Media Stadium, Mt Smart. How much does it cost? Yes, you do, there are no walk-ups available for this event so if your friends or family want to come with you then they will need pre-booked tickets too! What should I wear? We recommend comfortable clothes and long sleeve tops if you have them. We also advise bringing a SPARE change of clothing for your session, especially in wet or hot weather.  **Socks must be worn on the course**. No bare feet or shoes.  What if it’s raining? Megaland still operates under light rain and can add to the sliding fun! The course will close in heavy rain, strong winds, storms, or other conditions where the Mega Team deem it too unsafe. If the course is closed due to weather conditions your ticket can be transferred to another session. **We will contact you if your session cannot go ahead.** We monitor the weather conditions every day before we get going so if you haven’t heard from us two hours before your session, then please assume it’s on! Is there parking available? Parking is available in the main Go Media Stadium car park (opposite Gate B) and is on a first-come first-serve basis. This can be accessed using the main Maurice Road entry gates. Street car parking is also available on Maurice Road. Is there an age limit? Yes! Children aged 3 - 8 years must be accompanied by a paying adult on the course. Little tamariki (under 3's), unfortunately cannot participate on Megaland. When should I get there? Please arrive 20 - 30 mins before your session starts to allow time for parking and ticket processing. Is there Food & Beverage available to purchase? Yes! Lilyworld Café will be open and has a fantastic selection of food, drinks and snacks available to purchase. Plus, Lilyworld has mini-putt golf, table tennis and sport on the big screen if you want to make it a full family day out!  What should I do if I’ve lost something? If you have lost an item during your session - please see the friendly bar staff at Lilyworld as they are holding on to all lost property. What else can I do while I’m at the stadium? ACE Motorsport karting offers incredible thrills with Auckland's only outdoor go-karting track. I can’t make my session anymore. What should I do? We know that plans change. If you can't make your session anymore then you may rebook for an alternative session by logging into your Ticket Fairy Account: From your account select 'my ticket' \> 'details' \> 'change time slot'. From there you may choose a new session.
