The night begins with a sumptuous dinner at 8:00 PM, where our talented chefs, Adriana Resinas Hernández and Marco Estrada, will take you on a flavorful culinary journey. Their exquisite dishes are perfect for sharing with loved ones and new friends.

Octopus and shrimp aguachile infuse with beetroot.  
Main Course: Selection of 6 Dishes   
A generous assortment of dishes served together as the main course:

Swiss bread with vegetables and Sikil Pak Sauce.  
\* Tarta de queso de cochinita Pibil de la región.
Local Cochinita Pibil Tartlet with cheese.

Heart of lettuce with aioli and grana padano cheese.
