Together, they will deliver a unique musical experience, blending Tulum’s vibrant energy with the creativity of world-class talent.

 WHAT TO EXPECT   
The night begins with a sumptuous dinner at 8:00 PM, where our talented chefs, Adriana Resinas Hernández and Marco Estrada, will take you on a flavorful culinary journey. Their exquisite dishes are perfect for sharing with loved ones and new friends.

 SPECIAL NEW YEAR’S MENU   
Starter:  
\* Aguachile de pulpo y camarón perfumado con betabel.
Octopus and shrimp aguachile infuse with beetroot.  
Main Course: Selection of 6 Dishes   
A generous assortment of dishes served together as the main course:  
\* Pan estilo suizo con vegetales y Sikil Pak.
Swiss bread with vegetables and Sikil Pak Sauce.  
\* Tarta de queso de cochinita Pibil de la región.
Local Cochinita Pibil Tartlet with cheese.  
\* Corazón de lechuga con aioli y grana padano.
Heart of lettuce with aioli and grana padano cheese.  
\* Salmón con emulsión de ajo negro y selección de hojas tiernas.
Salmon with black garlic emulsion and fresh herbs.
