The night begins with a sumptuous dinner at 8:00 PM, where our talented chefs, Adriana Resinas Hernández and Marco Estrada, will take you on a flavorful culinary journey. Their exquisite dishes are perfect for sharing with loved ones and new friends.

(Filet mignon in plantain mole sauce).   •Cordero a las finas hierbas con mantequilla ahumada y puré de coliflor.
