NZ Yoga Day is a chance for you to bring the whole family to experience the magic of yoga, meditation, live music and community. No matter your experience, join us in New Zealand’s biggest yoga class with a twist. DJ-powered stretches, nature-inspired mass meditation, live music, pop up workshops, eco marketplace and delicious food trucks.

11am: YOGA CLASS: Taane Mete - Te Reo Maori Infused Yoga

12: YOGA CLASS: Nikki Ralston - Equanimity Flow

1pm: MASS MEDITATION: Zac Parish - Foundations of Mindfulness

1:30pm: YOGA CLASS: Erin O'hara - Kundalini Yoga

2:30pm: KIRTAN: Franko Heke - The Sound of Yoga

3pm: YOGA CLASS: Paul Cohen - Restorative Yoga
