**Information:**Please be informed that the DPR shuttle services operated from various locations in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah have been suspended until further notice.

• At arrival, walk through Riverland and head to the entrance of Legoland Waterpark. Daily entertainment schedules are available at the ticket counter  
• Note that park hours may change, and attractions close 30 minutes before the park closes  
• Some rides may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Check the park's website for the latest updates  
• Your ticket is valid for any day within 90 days of purchase.  
• In severe weather, attractions may close for safety. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds due to inclement weather.

- Only guests holding a valid DPR ticket or confirmed booking will be permitted to board the shuttle.  
- Guests must present their DPR ticket or booking confirmation at the time of boarding.  
- Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited capacity. Possession of a DPR ticket, therefore, does not guarantee a seat.  
- Please encourage guests to arrive early at the designated pick-up points to secure a seat.  
- The consumption of food and beverages is strictly prohibited on board to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all passengers  
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. DPR and/or the Operator accept no responsibility or liability for lost or damaged items.  
- DPR and the Operator make no guarantee regarding shuttle availability or timeliness and accept no liability for delays or missed connections.  
- We reserve the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
