--- title: "Praxis's Tickets | Austin | Carson Creek Ranch - Ticket Fairy" description: "PRAX·IS (prak-sis) The process by which a theory, lesson, or skill is enacted, embodied or realized. The act of engaging, applying, exercising, realizing, or practicing ideas. A new experience coming to Austin for one night only, Praxis is a surreal adaptation of the live music of Austin's [Fort Never](https://www.instagram.com/fortnever/), directed by Agent Red and presented by [Fire N Ice Entertainment](https://firenice.com/). Starring [Chantell Moody](https://www.instagram.com/amakiya_/), SYTYCD Alum [Sara Von Gillern](https://www.instagram.com/iloveewoks/), and a cast of 15 world-renowned dancers, acrobats, fire, and movement artists, including: [Anthony Greenz](https://www.instagram.com/greenzworth/), [Benji Svyatoslavich](https://www.instagram.com/benjisvyatoslavich/), [Ebonee Arielle](https://www.instagram.com/eboneearielle/), [Montay Romero](https://www.instagram.com/montay.romero/), [Sky Fung](https://www.instagram.com/jskyf/), and more. This is not your usual circus show - it is a Theatrical Rock Opera with live music and some elements of surrealism, art deco glam, and some late 70s street punk and hip hop vibes. You can expect hip hop, burlesque, modern dance, aerial, fire, video, hologram effects and SO much more. We will be building out a custom stage at the Carson Creek Ranch Amphitheater and going BIG on Costumes, Production Design, and Props. PRAXIS has an interactive component and focuses on the space between our passions and inspirations, and putting them into action, independent of the expectations society and culture place on us. Featuring an opening \"Dada Disco\" Costume Party hosted by Austin's own [Henry Invisible](https://www.facebook.com/henryinvisible) and a closing dance party by the one and only [Happy Happy James](https://www.instagram.com/happyhappyjamesworld/).
