title: "Billets pour PRIMATE | Auckland | Darby Street - Ticket Fairy"
description: "THE KING IS BACK! [🦍] After selling out his last show with us at Neck of The Woods, PRIMATE is returning to Auckland with a USB chock full of dubs and an all-star support lineup. Growing up with family members including writers, theatrists and jazz musicians, he picked up the early stages of music making at the age of 11. Later on playing allround music at local events and birthdays the like, Primate honed his skills and developed a special taste in Electronic Music and Drum & Bass. Widening his spectrum along the road, seeing productions in all genres imaginable, he became more memorable for his screechy basses and hard hitting drums. This would land him his first actual Drum & Bass show back in 2018, thus carving the path to the now indispensable jump-up headliner he is today. Joining PRIMATE is a special guest known for his fast paced, technical mixing ability, and unparalleled energy. CIKO has been on an absolute tear as of late. With sell-out shows across Aotearoa and huge performances across the ditch in Australia, you can't deny that the future looks bright for this local legend.
