As March approaches, the city prepares for its most spirited celebration: the annual LepraCon St. Patrick's Day Pub Crawl, produced by CrawlSF. Set for Saturday, March 14, 2026, from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., this longstanding event stands as the premier way to mark the holiday, drawing thousands for a lively, green-clad tour of the city's best bars.

Expect the signature perks that have made it legendary: a complimentary party bus shuttle to hop between venues, no cover charges at participating spots, exclusive drink specials, DJs spinning throughout the day, festive party favors, and the whimsical "Find the Gnome" contest offering prizes for those who spot the hidden figures.

The crawl spans neighborhoods like Polk Gulch, Russian Hill, and the Marina, with check-in at Mayes Oyster House (1233 Polk Street) or Rick & Roxy’s (2131 Lombard Street).
