1. SABORES DE OAXACA: MEZCAL TASTING
Come taste the unique flavor of mezcal, produced in our alambique machine . In this experience you will taste 7 different wild agaves, each with its very own flavor profile, you'll learn about the plant, the process, the different products the agave have to offer . Then for a sweet ending select the mezcal of your choice and enjoy a reinterpretacion of a classic coctel .

2. MAKE YOUR OWN MEZCAL
Here you can make your own agave distillate (mezcal) with the same traditional process that has existed since ancient times. You can also get 500 ml of the mezcal to be distilled in the activity as a souvenir.

3 . OAXACAN FOOD TASTING
In this experience you will be able to learn in depth the different types of moles and food from the Mixtec region, present in all Oaxacan cuisine.

5. MONTE ALBÁN TOUR

6. MITLA "CITY OF THE DEAD" TOUR
The archaeological zone of Mitla is located in the northern portion of the Valley of Tlacolula. The monuments that can be visited here are distributed in five groups, four of which are very similar to each other, being formed by two quadrangular patios surrounded by large halls on each of their sides. The other set is a single patio surrounded by stepped foundations made of adobe. The main characteristic of this area is that the façades of the halls and their interior walls are richly decorated with limestone mosaics forming frets.

7. YAGUL TOUR
In the Zapotec language, Yagul means Tree or Palo Viejo, "Ya" means tree and "Gul", Old, although the inhabitants of the town of Tlacolula identify it as "Yugul" which is made up of: "Yu", land, town and " Gul", Old that is to say, Old Town.
It is located in the Tlacolula Valley, southeast of the city of Oaxaca.
Get to know this site and go through the labyrinths and different views as you climb the ruins of this ancient civilization.
