Sip & Savour Manawatū is back for summer in 2027, bringing together exceptional food, drinks and live music from across the Manawatū and New Zealand.

Saturday 27th February 2027

12 - 7pm

Set amongst the picturesque grounds of Hiwinui Country Estate, spend the day discovering exceptional flavours, enjoying outstanding food and beverages and soak up live entertainment in a relaxed countryside setting. Find your place on the expansive lawns with a picnic blanket, or elevate your day with our exclusive VIP experience.

Bringing together an incredible lineup of local favourites alongside exceptional producers from around the country, Sip & Savour is all about celebrating great food, drinks and the people behind them.

Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, planning a summer catch-up with friends, or simply looking for an exceptional day out, Sip & Savour Manawatū is the perfect way to experience the flavours, hospitality and atmosphere that make our region so special.

Tickets are limited, so secure yours early and join us for one of the Manawatū's favourite boutique summer festivals.

Getting there - 

The festival location is Hiwinui Country Estate, approx 10 minutes from both Palmerston North and Feilding.  Free parking is available in the front paddock of Hiwinui Country Estate and there will be shuttles operating from designated pick-up locations at scheduled times and will return you at the end of the day. Shuttle tickets must be purchased as an add-on when booking your festival ticket. Please note that shuttle bookings close 5 days prior to the event.

We will also have a limited number of self-contained motorhome sites for the weekend, these must be pre-booked as an add on. This can only be booked as part of attending Sip & Savour.

  • Sites are unpowered and have no access to water, amenities or facilities.
  • Arrival from 10am, Friday 26 February 2027
  • Departure by 12noon, Sunday 28 February 2027
  • Entrance into the site will be closed Saturday 26 February, 8am–7pm, so vehicles cannot enter or exit during this time
  • Sites are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
  • No tents to be erected on the site
  • Agree to the terms & conditions

  • No outside food or beverages allowed
  • Card only event
  • Free parking available in the front paddock of Hiwinui Country Estate
  • No refunds
