This ticket gives you access for a full day and multiple entry to the slope, to ski or to snowboard.

Experience the ultimate indoor snow resort at Ski Dubai, the Middle East’s first indoor ski resort. Enjoy a ride on the chairlift and take in the views of this iconic landmark. Stop for a hot chocolate at the Avalanche Café. Try the Zorb Ball (giant ball) and experience the thrill of riding down the slope in a huge bubble-like ball. Strap yourself in for a ride on the Mountain Thriller, a custom-built ride which rockets down a 185m high slope at speeds of up to 45kph - this is not one for the faint-hearted. Take in the incredible views as you ride through the snowy landscape on your tubing run.  
**Information:**Please note: Skiers/snowboarders must be intermediate level 2 to access the slope.

**Notes:**Helmets are compulsory for children under 13 years of age.  
For safety reasons, children under two years of age are not allowed to enter Ski Dubai.

Please note that all customers must sign at the counter a mandatory Health and Safety waiver form, from Dubai Municipality; and that only by signing this waiver they shall be accepted to have the experience, otherwise the usual cancellation policy applies without any refund exceptions.

Cancellation Policy:  
- For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours prior to the experience  
- No rescheduling, cancellation, or refund for booking(s) made on the day of the event  
- Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours prior or not attended; in particular for lessons and Penguin Encounters, no rescheduling, cancellation or refund  
- Rescheduling within 24 hours for a fee of AED 50 per person is applicable
