**Information:**•The seating arrangement is determined by passenger weight and aircraft balance. Seat requests cannot be guaranteed. •For private charters, the maximum combined passenger weight is 450 kg across six guests. If the total weight exceeds this limit, the reservation team will assess operational conditions and advise whether the flight can proceed. Please provide a valid email address and WhatsApp number when booking to receive important flight updates. •Flights may be delayed, rescheduled, rerouted or cancelled due to weather conditions, air traffic, technical reasons or other operational requirements. •If the flight is cancelled by the operator due to weather or technical reasons, guests may choose to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund. •By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and accept the weight restrictions. If you are unable to fly due to inaccurate or undisclosed weight information, the booking remains non-refundable. •Seatbelt extenders are not available. Passengers requiring a seatbelt extender cannot be accommodated and bookings remain non-refundable. •Falcon Aviation reserves the right to refuse boarding to any passenger whose behaviour may compromise the safety or comfort of others. •All passengers must follow crew instructions throughout the flight, including keeping seatbelts fastened when instructed. •Flight routes and durations are approximate and may vary depending on air traffic control instructions and operational conditions.

Passengers exceeding this limit must purchase an additional seat by contacting the supplier in advance. •Children aged 2 years and above require their own seat. Children between 2 and 12 years must travel with a responsible adult. •Pregnant guests up to 32 weeks may fly; however, medical consultation is recommended before booking. •Guests with limited mobility who can independently board the aircraft are welcome to fly with a companion if assistance is required. •Wear comfortable clothing and secure, flat footwear. High heels, loose clothing, long scarves and unsecured accessories are not permitted. •All passengers must pass through a mandatory security screening before boarding. •Large bags, backpacks and handbags are not permitted on board and must be stored in the lockers provided.
